Step 1: Create Your Account
Section titled “Step 1: Create Your Account”Head to eventimio.ai and sign up with your email or Google/GitHub account. No credit card needed.
Step 2: Create Your Event
Section titled “Step 2: Create Your Event”The Event Creation Wizard walks you through everything:
- Event type — Wedding, party, corporate event, or custom
- Basic details — Name, date, location
- Guest estimate — Helps set up your budget and seating defaults
Step 3: Explore Your Dashboard
Section titled “Step 3: Explore Your Dashboard”Your event dashboard is organized into three hubs:
- Planning Hub — Budget, tasks, vendors, and timeline
- Guests Hub — Guest list, RSVPs, and seating
- Media Hub — Photos, albums, and face recognition
The dashboard adapts to your event phase — showing you what matters most right now.
Step 4: Invite Your Guests
Section titled “Step 4: Invite Your Guests”Build your event website and share the link. Guests can:
- View event details
- RSVP with dietary preferences
- Find their photos using the selfie finder
