Vendor Management
Florist, DJ, caterer, photographer… that’s a lot of people to keep track of. The Vendor Manager holds every contact, contract, and payment in one place — so nothing falls through the cracks.
Vendor Dashboard
Section titled “Vendor Dashboard”A split-panel layout with your vendor list on the left and detailed vendor information on the right. Click any vendor to see their full profile.
Vendor List
Section titled “Vendor List”Browse all vendors with:
- Search — Find vendors by name or service type
- Filters — Filter by contract status, category, or payment status
- Summary bar — Quick stats showing total vendors, confirmed, pending, and total spend
Vendor Detail Panel
Section titled “Vendor Detail Panel”When you select a vendor, the detail panel shows:
- Contact Info — Phone, email, website, and address
- Budget Bar — Visual breakdown of quoted amount vs. paid amount
- Documents — Contracts, invoices, and attachments
- Notes — Internal notes about the vendor relationship
Contract Statuses
Section titled “Contract Statuses”Track each vendor through the engagement lifecycle:

| Pending | Proposal received, under review |
| Booked | Contract signed, deposit paid |
| Confirmed | Fully confirmed for your event date |
| Completed | Services delivered |
| Cancelled | No longer engaged |
Add Vendors
Section titled “Add Vendors”Create new vendor entries with:
- Vendor name and service category
- Contact details (phone, email, website)
- Contract status and quoted amount
- Notes and attachments
The vendor’s spend automatically appears in your Budget Manager under the relevant category.
Page Layout
Section titled “Page Layout”Master-detail layout:
- Left panel — Searchable, filterable vendor list with summary stats
- Right panel — Full vendor detail with contact info, budget, and documents
On mobile, the detail panel opens as a full-screen overlay.
